## I'm Paul Vera

Hard work. Integrity. Community first.

I'm a lifelong Porterville resident, a proud husband, father, and grandfather, a veteran, and someone who believes in hard work, integrity, and putting our community first. I'm running for City Council because I love this city and your voice deserves to be heard!

I spent 31 years keeping law and order in one of the toughest environments there is: a prison full of criminals and gangs. That taught me two simple truths: rules only matter when they are enforced, and people can turn their lives around when the help is real.

I managed public budgets bigger than Porterville's. I know how public systems work. I will maximize community investments and build local accountability for results.
