Priority 1

Public Safety Is Not Optional

I spent 31 years keeping law and order in one of the toughest environments there is: a prison full of criminals and gangs. That taught me two simple truths: rules only matter when they are enforced, and people can turn their lives around when the help is real.

In Porterville, that means our parks, streets, and storefronts belong to the people and families who respect them.

No camping in our parks. No open drug use. No exceptions.

It also means connecting people struggling with addiction to real treatment, not endless programs that measure "good intentions" instead of real results.

Compassion without accountability helps no one. I will deliver both: firm rules, real help—and a Porterville where everyone is safe.

Priority 2

Better Roads and Basic Infrastructure

You feel our roads every single day. In your tires, your alignment, and your commute.

We already pay for good roads. We should get them.

For too long we have watched our city focus on everything but the essentials, while raising taxes and increasing utilities. I am dedicated to ensuring that streets, parks, and libraries being built are first-line budget priorities, not afterthoughts.

I managed budgets that were larger than the size of our city's. I know how public systems work. I will maximize community investments and build local accountability for results.

Basic infrastructure is not extra. It is the job.

Priority 3

More Jobs and Local Opportunity

Porterville raises great kids.

As a grandfather, I have watched great talent leave our city because the quality jobs are few and far between.

A city of our size should have a real, vibrant local economy. We are primed for growth. We just need to unlock it and allow it to thrive.

I will bring focused attention to making Porterville the easiest place in the Valley to start a business. That means backing young and local entrepreneurs, cutting the runaround at City Hall, and building a Generational Community where families can put down roots and stay.
